WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

With a collective 60+ years of experience working as executives and consultants, we know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to supporting organisations and leaders to grow and develop their female talent pipelines.

We offer both in-house, bespoke Women in Leadership programs and access to our transformative public program, Acts of Confidence, which allows women to network and learn from and with other professional women, from a broad cross section of industries and roles. In some cases, we design a hybrid program drawing on both elements.

What makes our programs different?

Calibre, knowledge and experience of facilitators

  • Facilitators with lived experience, deep knowledge and expertise of the barriers women face as they step into leadership roles
  • Systemic practitioners able to hold ‘good tension’ that supports women to step beyond their comfort zone in small, manageable steps
  • A community of program alumni who are connected to each other as a resource and support beyond the program

Design and learning methodology

  • A focus on mindset rather than tactical interventions (see this article for more information)
  • Multi-touchpoint learning cycles that provides regular, tangible reminders and support structures to maintain momentum
  • Layered interventions that provide stretch within a safe environment, so participants can explore the roadblocks and barriers and transcend limiting beliefs and default behaviours
  • Strengths based model; our philosophy is that all participants have the capacity to be confident; we provide frameworks and support mechanisms for them to experiment and reconnect with their inner resources and strengths
  • Accountability and support from program facilitators, fellow participants, and their leader/mentor

Measurement and rigour

  • We measure the impact and efficacy of all our programs, including assessment of key dimensions at the beginning and completion of the program, to track individual and collective behaviour change
  • We co-design with clients the measurement elements in our bespoke Women in Leadership Programs
  • In our Acts of Confidence program, we track participants progress and have cumulative results that demonstrate the sustained power and impact of the program. The data reveals not only a radical improvement in leadership capability, agency and self efficacy, but many comment that the ‘program has changed my life’, ‘given me the tools to ask for help’, ‘helped me overcome self-doubt and imposter syndrome’,’ given me language to say No and avoid burnout’ and ‘enabled me to let go of perfectionism’.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

We work one to one with senior women who want to accelerate their career and lead authentically with gravitas and confidence. Women face different challenges when navigating the complex dynamics of modern workplaces, and our work resources them to access the inner confidence and resilience that enables the gravitas and presence necessary for executive leadership.

We have a long way to go to achieve equity at every layer of our organisations. Our work focuses on supporting women to become their own best coach, to own their value and to back themselves so that they achieve all they're capable of.
